The chunky style trainer sneakers, popularized in recent years, draw inspiration from 1990s fashion trends and athletic footwear. Originating as a functional design for sports performance, these sneakers evolved into a bold fashion statement, characterized by exaggerated proportions and thick, heavily cushioned soles. Emerging from the fusion of streetwear and high fashion, embracing the nostalgia of the era while infusing it with modern flair. Why this costs what it does

      11 days, not 11 hours

Every patina pair is hand-painted and oxidized over 11 days. Six to nine layers of dye, each one soaking in overnight before the next. Skip this and the color sits on the surface — and rubs off in a season.

      What's actually inside

Genuine cork filler, not foam — it molds to your foot over the first 50 wears. A stacked leather heel, not injection-molded plastic. Hand-welted construction that can be resoled four or five times instead of thrown out.

Built to last, not to sell once

Most factory shoes are cement-bonded and can't be repaired. Ours are built to be resoled and re-welted for years — the cost reflects a shoe you'll own once, not replace every season.
